The lodge kitchen is based in the southern elements like lamb and beef, everything cooked in the Chilean style with a little touch of sophistication. We can’t forget the famous “Asado al Palo” (southern Chilean barbeque) typical from Patagonia where we are going to enjoy excellent types of meat.

At the lodge you can enjoy the quality of Chilean wine and its different kinds specially selected for each kind of dishes.
